Through an extensive process of tasting coffees and noting characteristics, Mister Joe developed an Italian blend intended to be pulled as shots (i.e., Black Coffee), the Espresso. The blend of coffees used in the Espresso are roasted lighter than a Classic Italian Roast, placing them on the lighter side of the Dark Roast Scale.
